Public Utilities

Public Utilities is a collection of web-based tools for working with courses served through Carmen. Primarily, Public Utilities focuses on two areas:

• Course tools, which allow users to manipulate course shells in Carmen, including:
  • creating new course shells,
  • combining, splitting, or copying enrollment sections.
• Administrative tools, which provide reporting functions.

Access to Public Utilities is limited to the Carmen team and to participants in the Carmen Affiliates program.
