Digital Union
The Digital Union, located on the 3rd floor of the Science and Engineering Library, is the place at Ohio State University for faculty, staff, and students to bring their questions about teaching and learning with technology.
The Digital Union provides eLearning and emerging technology programming, consultation, and grants for Ohio State faculty, students and staff, as well as expert help and work stations for multimedia projects.
The Digital Union sponsors events to showcase the potential of new technologies and offers workshops to help you improve your technology skills. See Events and Workshops for a schedule.
Teaching and Learning Support
The Digital Union supports the exploration of technology for teaching and learning. We offer individual support for faculty interested in technology at all levels. We also share effective new technology resources for instruction.
The Digital Union may be able to assist with your ideas for projects that support teaching, learning, research, and outreach. Please complete a project intake request.

Lab Space
Our multimedia lab gives you access to multimedia software and equipment for developing videos, audio recordings, websites, images, and electronic documents. But, most of all, the Digital Union provides expertise.

Our facilities include:
- multimedia computer stations for developing videos, audio recordings, web technologies, images, and electronic documents for use in academic courses or for sharing research
- learning spaces that can be reserved to host experimental courses, meetings, and workshops
- videoconferencing and other communication technology for experimental collaboration with groups both on-campus and worldwide
