Equipment Loan

Equipment is available to faculty, students and staff, for loan from our service area in 25 Central Classrooms. Faculty can also arrange for staff to deliver and setup requested technologies on site with a 24 hours notice. As loans and deliveries are based on availability, several working days advance notice is recommended. Faculty can also schedule staff to assist with large lecture facilities equipped with projection booths or classroom instructional technologies.

Students require permission from their assigning faculty member to reserve and receive loan equipment.  Download the Student Equipment Loan Permission Form.
